Last week was a whirl wind at our shop. Many of you may not know that our shop is connected to a full service florist, a gift shop, and 3 greenhouses. Since last week was Valentine’s Day all our staff worked with the florist to help them through the rush. The rush is putting it lightly it was pure CRAZINESS. Taking calls, filling orders, waiting on customers, delivering… it was a lot of work. At the end of the day we got all the work done and still had a little sanity left.
On Thursday through Sunday we had our retreat. This was a great way to relax and get over the Valentine craziness. We got to see and help with so many projects!! It was so much fun and before we knew it, it was Monday.
Last week’s craziness goofed up our normal schedule of things. Last Tuesday we had planned to post this contest for our new Heart of Mine Kit since it’s Valentine-ish. However, there was no time. So a week late but it’s still a great prize. Heart decorations are acceptable all year right?!?
Using “We Have a Winner” plugin we have a winner!! We really enjoyed reading all your comments!! I think we all need more spare time to do what we love! We’ll be posting a new contest in a couple weeks!!
